Service Description

Advanced Ballet 1 is designed for dancers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to deepen their technical training. This class focuses on refining alignment, strength, and control through more complex barre work, center combinations, and across-the-floor progressions. Dancers will begin working on increased flexibility, coordination, and musicality while developing a greater understanding of ballet vocabulary and artistry. Advanced Ballet 1 prepares students for higher-level ballet and pointe work by encouraging discipline, focus, and a passion for classical technique.
